Football Brisbane's Club in the Spotlight.
Our head coach Julien McNamee had a chance to sit down and discuss all things KPR with Football Brisbane over the summer break, touching on 2019 highlights, and the goals for 2020.
18th November 2019.
Highlights of our Cap 2 Preliminary Final vs Brisbane Athletic.
One last hurdle before the Grand Final. KPR who had already snuck through the week prior faced tough opposition in the form of Brisbane Athletic. Having both beaten each other during the regular season, could KPR make it all the way to the big dance, or would Athletic do the business at home.

Highlights of our Cap 2 Semi Final vs Westside Grovely.
Finals football. KPR had survived a last day siege away to Slacks Creek to earn their spot in the finals. Now with nothing to lose, Can the boys from Raymond Park march on into the Preliminary Final and keep the season alive.

Highlights of our Cap 2 RD 16 clash vs Bardon Latrobe
KPR needing 3pts to stay in touch of the top 4 played host to 10th placed Bardon Latrobe looking to move away from the relegation zone. Both teams managed a draw in the meeting earlier in the season, would the two clubs share the spoils once more?

Highlights of our Cap 2 RD 12 clash vs The Lakes.
Five games unbeaten for KPR and sitting in 4th spot on the ladder, it was our turn to host the league leaders The Lakes on a perfect winters day at Raymond Park. Would the Piney boys make it 6 unbeaten? Or would The Lakes prove too strong on the day.

Highlights of our Cap 2 RD 9 clash vs Clairvaux.
We hosted old foe Clairvaux at Raymond Park. Both teams having tasted success in recent weeks and looking to strengthen their position in the league.

Highlights of our FFA Cup Round 2 Clash vs Broadbeach United.
The start of the season kicked off with a mouth watering David vs Goliath cup tie at Raymond Park. Our Piney boys up against the highly fancied Gold Coast Premier League powerhouse Broadbeach United.
What happened next would turn into KPR folklore with one of the biggest upsets in our clubs history. Sit back, and enjoy.

Highlights of our Cap 2 RD 20 clash vs Bardon Latrobe.
100 Years of Piney Football. Two grand old centurion clubs took to the field in what would shape to be a memorable day at Raymond Park regardless of the result. Both clubs sporting heritage kits from days gone by, it was a game that had everything. Could the Piney boys get a win on their 100th birthday, Or would Bardon spoil the party and take home the win.

Highlights of our Cap 2 RD 18 clash vs Samford Rangers.
A tale of two newly promoted sides. Samford pushing for top spot and in good form, faced a confident KPR at home looking to continue the positive results and a late surge to make the top 4.

Highlights of our fourth round Canale Cup fixture vs AC Carina.
After a recent defeat at the hands of AC Carina in the league only a few weeks prior, KPR took on the dolphins in the Canale Cup looking to progress into fifth round and continuing the excellent cup form they have showed throughout the campaign. Would it be the Cap 2 league leaders, or would the piney boys push on in the cup.

Highlights of our Cap 2 RD 8 clash vs Narangba.
KPR adjusting to life in Cap 2 faced lowly Narangba struggling to get out of the relegation zone. Who would prevail on a sunny Saturday at Raymond Park.

Highlights of our FFA Cup Round 2 clash vs Logan City.
New Season, new coach, new challenges. Newly promoted KPR took the trip down to Logan's Meakin Park to face Cap 3 new boys Logan City Kings. Would it be a debut win for newly appointed Coach McNamee, or would Logan City get the upset victory and progress in the cup.

Highlights of our Cap 4 Grand Final vs Samford Rangers.
Grand Final day, and this time it was KPR going in as underdogs against a Samford side who had secured the league title, club championship and automatic promotion. Could the piney boys get the job done and end the season with a memorable win or would Samford prove too strong in their quest for the perfect season.

Highlights of our Cap 4 Semi Final vs Bethania.
3rd vs 4th in a do or die battle at Raymond Park. After only playing a fortnight prior in what was a very tight and physical affair, this game was bound to throw up some major talking points, in an unforgettable afternoon of football.

Highlights of our Cap 4 Rd 11 Clash vs Mooroondu.
It had nearly been 4 years since the FBTV cameras had come down to Raymond Park, and they captured a KPR side needing the 3pts to stay in touch with the top 3 when hosting Mooroondu who were looking to regain form and pick up points on the road to get themselves away from the dreaded wooden spoon.

Highlights of our Cap 3 Grand Final vs Redcliffe PCYC.
A sunny afternoon greeted both clubs as they did battle for end of season honours. Would the all conquering KPR continue on to getting the league and final double, or would PCYC cause the upset on Grand Final day.

Highlights of our 4th qualifying Rd FFA Cup tie against BPL side Capalaba at Raymond Park.
A courageous and plucky KPR took on inconsistent BPL side Capalaba in 4th qualifying round FFA Cup action. What took place was a game for the ages where David took on Goliath and the magic of the cup being on full display.
